What kind of chocolate do you use?
We use only high-quality standard size Hershey Bars (1.55 oz) and Hershey's Miniatures.

Hershey has changed their wrappers on the full size bars.  Will that change the appearance?
Wrapper World is on top of the situation! Foil end wraps are available in silver or gold to compliment the wrapper you have selected. Foil end wraps are included at no extra charge and will give your bars a more "traditional" look.  At this time, the wrappers for the Hershey's Miniatures have not changed, and still have silver foil on the ends (gold for Special Dark).

Can we wrap our own bars?
No problem!  You can buy wrappers only. Wrapping instructions will be included. Orders of over 50 bars will include a free glue stick. (Sorry, foil end wraps not available on "wrap your own" orders).

How will I know what my wrapper will look like before you print it?
As soon as your wrapper has been designed, you will receive an e-mail with your proof in JPEG format for your approval. Let us know if any changes need to be made. When the design has been approved, your order will be printed.

How will I receive my order?
If you live in the Toledo area, we will contact you when your order is finished to arrange a delivery time.

If you wish for your order to be shipped, we highly recommend shipping to an address where someone will receive the package when delivered. Remember, chocolate melts, and when left outside your home all day, may be damaged by weather that is too hot, rainy, or humid.

While your order will be protected as much as possible with frozen gel packs and warnings on the exterior of the box, we cannot be responsible for the actions of Mother Nature or a freight carrier.

What method of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, checks (please allow 3 days for clearance), PayPal, and money order.

How can I place an order?
Option 1: You can place your order using the online form. Payment can be sent with a check or money order to the Wrapper World address. MasterCard or Visa payments can also be accepted through PayPal. If you choose to pay via PayPal, an invoice will be sent out to the email address you've supplied.

Option 2: You can call 419-944-6723. Your order can be taken over the phone by an actual human. Payment can still be made with a credit card, check, or money order.

Do I have to use PayPal to pay for a credit card order?
No. You can send me an e-mail (or call) and indicate you wish to use a credit card but do not wish to use PayPal. Your credit card will be processed in the same manner as a phone or mail order.
